Registration and Payment
Registration for the Tutoring program or workshops must be paid in full at the time of booking your course, via Paypal/Credit card. I will be contacting you after receiving your payment with instructions on how to proceed to complete your registration.
Payment plans are available. Please inquire.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If for some reason you are not able to start your course after your payment has been made, you have until FIVE BUSINESS DAYS before the beginning of the classes to cancel your enrollment and have your fee refunded, minus a $10 USD administrative fee. After this period refunds will no longer be available, but you can opt by having your name included in a future workshop or have discounts in the purchase of original art or prints on my store, on the same value (see Postponement Policy below.)
There will be no replacements for any missed class.
In case a workshop is cancelled or re-scheduled by me, and you are unable to attend the new date, you have the right to a full refund of your fee.
If you have registered and paid for a workshop and are unable to attend on the scheduled date, you can transfer your registration to another workshop. If the new workshop option costs less than the first, the difference will be refunded, minus a $10 USD administrative fee.
You will NOT be allowed transference to another workshop if the one you originally registered have already started.
Changes in the workshops
I reserve the right to change our arrangements according to exceptional circumstances, as well as to cancel or modify any aspect of the workshops. A full refund will be provided in case of workshop cancellation, and if the same is postponed by me, and you are unable to attend the new date.
In reserving a place on any workshop by paying the workshop fee, you are agreeing to accept all the above conditions.
